Our History
ICTC Group started off as a fully owned small stationery mart in a back street of Kathmandu in 1974.
Birth of Inter Continental Trading Concern (ICTC), beginning the Representation Business.
Start of diversification activities in 1991, focusing on Hydropower, Hospitality, and Insurance.
Established Highland Distillery Pvt. Ltd., the Group's first manufacturing, blending, and bottling unit.
Established Premier Insurance Ltd., Now Siddhartha Premier Insurance Ltd., one of the leading insurance companies in Nepal.
The co-promoter of Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, successfully operating since 2000.
Entered real estate development, with vision to become a major real estate developer in Nepal.
Commenced construction of the 23.5 MW Upper Solu Hydroelectric Project.
Established ICTC Ram Rukmani Charitable Private Trust (IRRT) to formalize the Group's philanthropy

Since 1975, from one business to another ICTC Group has grown from strength to strength into one of the most successful Business Houses in Nepal. The Group is focussed on a number of business sectors: i.e., Hydropower Development, High-End Hospitality-Hotel, non-Life Insurance, Quality Liquors, Information and Communication, and Infrastructure (Real Estate, Engineering Consulting, Infra Construction).
