The company is focused on developing large-scale real estate projects aimed at delivering modern, state-of-the-art urban centers and townships that meet the needs of today’s communities.
One of the company’s key areas of interest is Nijghad Municipality in Bara District, located in southeastern Nepal. With major government plans to construct Nepal’s second international airport and the 72 km Kathmandu–Terai Fast Track Expressway, the region is expected to experience rapid growth, and the company is strategically positioned to support this development.
The company has been investing in the area for several years and has prepared a comprehensive Urban Master Plan focused on commercial, residential, industrial, and tourism development. The plan includes housing colonies, apartment buildings, corporate office spaces, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, leisure complexes, and hotels to meet rising residential and commercial demand.
The master plan also includes state-of-the-art hospitals, educational institutions, natural parks, scenic ponds, and ample green open spaces to promote a healthy lifestyle. Designed to serve both residents and visitors nationwide, the project is being developed with the support of CEMAT Consultants and leading industry experts.
The increasing role of foreign remittance as the country’s major source of income, and the necessity for the overall infrastructure development of the country, buoyed by the bolstering peace and security has seen the real estate market in Nepal thrive during the past several years.

IIPL is an infrastructure company established to provide local construction and engineering services such as civil works, EM, HM, and substations/transmission lines fabrication, installation and commissioning services in Nepal.
IIPL is broad in scope and its service areas includes Hydropower and Dams Construction, Housing Construction, Infrastructure Engineering Works and Project Development schemes such as EPC, PPP in strong Partnership with Civil, Mechanical Contractors and Investors.
IIPL provides electromechanical, hydromechanical, and substations/ transmission lines fabrication, installation, and commissioning services in Nepal.
IIPL will also complement foreign suppliers in their line of business for the various required services to be performed within Nepal.
In the fields of equipment, one of our aims to is to eventually set up units that will start manufacturing equipment under a JV/Technical collaboration.
