ICTC Group is the co-promoter one of the biggest private sector investments in tourism sector in Nepal - Hyatt Regency Kathmandu. Hyatt Regency Kathmandu is an urban five-star resort located near Boudhanath Stupa, a UNESCO world heritage site, in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is a full service hotel and the only Hyatt brand property in Nepal under the Hyatt Regency portfolio.
The Project, financed by various international foreign banks and a consortium of Nepalese Banks, is one of the largest private sector projects in Nepal with USD 40M at 2002 prices. This is an example of successful joint venture development. The Hotel is in successful operations since 2000. Hyatt Regency is in the process of being upgraded to GRAND HYATT as one of the best hotels in South Asia.

The hotel is located on 37 acres of artistically landscaped grounds near the airport and city centre, offering discerning travelers international standards of service and accommodation. Furthermore, the hotel’s Lobby is a visual delight, with a special area designated as the Temple Court, wherein exist the legends of living gods and goddesses.
